How to Change Your Filters Guide

Step 1: Disconnect and Remove Components

Disconnect the power supply. Remove the top cover and water tank.

Step 2: Release the Filter Retaining Latch

Release the filter retaining latch until it clicks into the unlocked position.

Step 3: Remove the Old Filter

Remove the filter requiring replacement.

Step 4: Install the Replacement Filter

Install the replacement filter in the correct position. Press the retaining latch until it clicks securely into place.

For the Post Carbon Filter:

  • Remove the PPC and RO filters first
  • Rotate counter-clockwise to remove
  • Install the replacement filter
  • Rotate clockwise until fully locked

Step 5: Reinstall the Water Tank and Reconnection

Reinstall the water tank and reconnect the power supply.

Step 6: Reset the Filter Life Indicator

Press and hold the 'Reset Filter' button for 3 seconds, select the appropriate filter, then press and hold again
for 3 seconds until the appliance beeps.
